Object expected error... HELP! please?

I have a download form. The second stage is chucking an object not found error.

Please could someone take a look for me?

You will have to go to this page:
http://www.vector-networks.com/test/products/download.htm
and select any old answers, then click on continue and you will get the error.

I have no idea why its giving the error. Probably something simple!

one thing:

you need to close the else-tree at line 58.

tip: to locate errors you may use the JavaScript Console of Mozilla (so i found the error immediately)
