trying to create an online sales circular

Can anyone help me find a software product, that can allow me to have a online circular with turning pages featuring monthly sales.
Its not a catalogue with ecommerce, its a list of product i want to put on sale on my site every month, in the form of a sale circular,

heres an example from a local store

It's all written entirely in Flash. Specifically, they seem to be using a web host/service called ShopLocal (http://www.aboutshoplocal.com/). That "online circular" is a Flash-based app ShopLocal has created for their clients. On the ShopLocal home page, click the "Our Solutions" button, and then on the right click on "SmartCircular".

I kind of knew that information, shoplocal has a range of products, smartcircular the one i was trying to ask about,
Essentially i am not a staples, officemax etc... (large us corporations who use this software from shoplocal)
I am small time web site owner looking for a product similar to theirs, but a lot cheaper!
