im not good at coding but there a program to make CSS thats like dreamweaver...
i saw one on the net callled Stylizer http://www.skybound.ca/stylizer/
Anyway you should learn CSS. Those editors do not make CSS for total CSS noobies, they speed the CSS coding

I use notepad ++ and its good enough :P, buy a book about CSS or read an online cours/how to and try everything. Good CSS makes editing your website a lot easier!

There is new WYSIWYG, with a built-in CSS editor: Kompozer. It is the new version of NVU, and is available for free on www.nvu.com.
However, unless you are dyslectic, the learning time how to work with that program (and DW) seems just as long to me as learning how to write code manually.
Maybe the CSS Quick Reference helps?
