looking for free fax over IP service

Does anyone know where I can locate fax over IP for the state of TN?

I haven't found anyone that covers the entire state. And if their service is free or ad-based that would be great too.

Well there is the following:

http://www.symantec.com/winfax/

Also depending on your server at your office if your running MS Exchange there are other solutions as well.
