what is with administrator@webdeveloper.com, there might be a similar fatal error to the attempts of activating or re-activating the old ' edit folder ' options ,that included sending inner posts to the members . Regards wernergillwald --- within the member list

Do you mean to ask why you can not send private messages to other members of the forum? If that's the case, then it'll be because of restrictions set for users. Users that are not active enough in the forums may not use private messages to contact other forum members. Messaging privileges may also have been removed if we believe a user is using the forum mostly for contacting other users to offer your services as a web developer or any other kind of advertising.

PMs are not available to brand new users. Takes a few posts before they kick in. We don't publicize the exact amount. It's an anti-spam measure.
