client ftp file download/upload from web site

I don't even know where to begin with this one. Someone wants me to create a page for his site where his clients can download/upload files using ftp. Can someone point me in the right direction?:confused:

Most hosting providers will give you the option of creating ftp accounts that point to a specific directory. This wouldn't be a web page you'd make, just a setup in the control panel for the site.
