E-commerce Section?

Hi forum,
On this specific forum, it says:
Discuss issues that come up with running a development-related businesses. For marketing and promotion, visit the E-Commerce sections.
Well I like to visit E-commerce section but where? I could not find in WD.com forums. Maybe that sentence refers to other sites which you can promote. But I dont know any.
I need a place to find people who can translate a web site and mailings to their own language, and after that run the local websites.
Could you lead me there?

It sort of sounds like what you're talking about is recruiting/job offering. That is not allowed on these forums.
