Hello everyone!

I'm trying to figure out why the background on this site... http://www.dixiespeedway.com/Dixienews/index1.html on the bottom of the page, will not work. Between the red lines on the bottom, a background showing a lightning deal is suppose to show up. However as of now it will not work. It wouldn't work in an < I FRAME > setup nor in current < TD > deal. I've coded it correctly but something just doesn't work for it. What gives?

Here is the background I want in the thing on the bottom (Where the current black is between the red lines)

Here is the webpage, again...

I need help ASAP!

I use Notepad for all of my .HTML pages. I'm currently slowly diving into .PHP coding but it's a pain.

The page I needed help with was in .HTML. The deal is the webhost that that site is ran through has it setup where files are case sensative. If you type in "Index.html" to go back to the index in a website, but the file is "index.html" it'll go to an error page. Kind of stupid if you ask me!

Thank god I'm not paying for their webhosting services.

I hate freakin caps! :o

hehe, All of the sites I've opened are ran with iPowerWeb.com which is one of the best I've worked with, if not, THE BEST. This site Dixie Speedway is with some messed up webhost that I've never heard about, but I can't complain, I don't pay the bills for it.
