Hi All,

I have a silly question, I created a flash file for a website, it's a scrolling header that comes out of the logo across the top of the page and it looks great on my computer and on my client's computer but my husbands computer shows the logo at the right but a scrolling red box instead of the black background and scrolling jpg images.

The buttons along the left side are also flash and they show up and work fine on his compueter - it's just the motion animated image scroll across the top that's not showing properly.

There is no red in the flash file. Any idea why this is happening and what I may need to change or add to the flash file to fix this?

You can see what I've done by going to: www.dentsmithkc.com

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hi All, me again,

I just found out that on another personas computer the scrolling header doesn't scroll at all - it just shows the logo.

I've gone through many of the flash settings, I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I thought it was a version issue - it might be but I tried to lower the flash version and it didn't scroll at all.

Maybe the image is just linked to in the Flash and not actually embedded?

I don't know why it works now but I converted the jpeg file into a bmp and inserted it in the place of the jpeg and bam it works.

The Red is gone from my husbands computer and the file does what it's supposed to (slides) on my friends computer. I always work with jpeg's gif's and even png's, I've never experienced any problems like this before.

Is there a requirement to use bmp's when using the motion tween that I maybe didn't realize? :o
