I am not really sure where to post this.

A little background: My son teaches private music lessons. I have been maintaining his site for 2 - 3 years. He has a "lessons schedule" that I have made using a spreadsheet with column headings for the days of the week and the times of the day (ie 8:00AM - 8:00PM) in the rows in 30 minute increments. I copy the cells that show his schedule and save them as a gif file and insert it into the lessons page on his site. The cells have a different color fill depending on whether or not the time slot is available, filled or closed.

Now for my problem: He recently asked me if I knew of a "good and easy" way to have a "running" shedule. He wants to be able to make the modifications to his schedule himself (I don't think he wants he students to have that capability) so it will get done quicker and be more accurate. The only way I know is for him to do what I have been doing. He wants to be able to modify cells in the schedule directly on his site.

Does anyone know how I can do this? He doesn't want a regular calendar. He wants it as a schedule. All help will be appreciated.

Maybe an easy solution would be to just get a Google Calendar.
