Browser effect with videos.

I want to recreate an effect similar to that which is used in the site linked below. When you select a video to watch, it grays out the majority of the window and plays the window in an almost floating new window.

Any advice or direction on how to make this happen would be GREATLY appreciated!

Well since you are being under whelmed with replies so far, here's my 2 cents worth (well...OK maybe less) it seems that what's doing that effect is the JavaScript (AC_QuickTime.js). cheeeck it out man...
I like the effect!
