Online link checker

Hi, I've been trying to use an online link checker to make sure my site doesn't have broken links, but I keep getting odd results.

Take a look at the screenshot (from w3c's link checker). The thing is, all those links work perfectly...

A couple of other ones gave me Error 404s or a Permissions Error for a bunch of pages that exist and [seemingly] work fine.

Does anyone know why I'd get these weird results?
