radio button validation

hi,

I have a problem related to validatons of radio button descriptions as follows

i have a form which consist 12 sets of questions and each set is having 5 questions, every question is having five options in the form of radio button.

now i have to validate it in such manner so that, when user select, let say, in set one, question 1 user select second option then user wont be able to select "second " for the rest of the four question, for seconn question if user selects 3rd option the he would not be allowed to make same choice for the rest of the three reamaining question in that particular set.

and in case user wants to do modifications in his choice, i also have to let him/her free for modifications at any time.

i would be gratefull if any of you mail me the Java Script code for the problem discussed above.
