Moving Menu

Hi guys,

I'm trying to have my menu slide up and down in the top left of the browser window as the user scrolls up and down the page to ensure that it's always in view.

Any idea how to do this? I've tried to do a web search on it, but can't think of a way to describe it that doesn't throw up a million and one sites about different things!
