Hide from task bar

Hi I have a popup window, but this window have to be hide from the monitor, I can do that, but how can I hide the window from the taskbar, in the javascript forum somebody told me, it can be done using DHTML?
Can Some body help me here

Not as well documented as I'd like, and still has a few bugs, but you can look at and use http://www.infinitypages.com/research/dhtmlpopup.htm as long as you keep the copyright header in tact...
