I am planning to develope a application which will read small , text sequentail file and load picutres in VB .Net express Edition . Now I have to deploy this application on other computer running XP and 2000 professional .
How do I complie the .application so that I can write in CD and give it to my friend who would can install in his computer . I am using express edition , so do I need some other pack to distribute it . How can give this application to my friend
