Spoofing MAC Address on Vista

Stupid Vista. I've used several of the available programs out there that allows you to spoof your Mac Address that all work fine on Windows XP, but every time I try to spoof the Mac Address on Vista, I get some ridiculous No Permissions message. Can anyone help me out here with this, I'm brand new to Vista and have no idea how to really get into the guts of it like XP?

BTW, the programs I've used on XP (successfully) and Vista (unsuccessfully) are:

a-Change Mac Address

If the same programs will work on XP, but not Vista, maybe right click the program and go to properties and run in XP compatibility mode under the compatibility tab.
