[RESOLVED] IE6 Conditional Not Working

For some reason IE6 isn't picking up the conditional stylesheet on this website I made a few months back. I'm not sure if it's IE6 or if it's just where I am using a standalone version of IE6 on my machine.

Click on contact in the top right corner and if the phone numbers are messed up in IE6 then the stylesheet isn't working. Does anybody have any idea why the styles in this sheet aren't being applied?

The sheet is in a conditional comment in the head of my document. I'd appreciate any help, thanks.

Found it. It's just my standalone version. I recently upgraded to IE8 beta for testing and forgot to do the registry editing trick that will allow IE6 conditional statements to work when it runs as a standalone.
