Creating dynamic Tabs

Hello guys!

How is the best way to create dynamic Tabs?

Example of a situation:
I have a grid(Asp.Net Control) into a Tab.
When a press the right button of the mouse into de grid, open a Context Menu with some options.
According to the setted option, i'd like to open a new Tab with the same title of the option that a setted in the context menu.

What is the best technology that i should use in this case?
Remembering that i wanna use this inside an Asp .Net page.
