I am looking for some constructive criticism concerning my personal website found here (http://www.kilbad.com). What do you like? What don't you like? What should I add? etc...

Content, content. It looks to me like you've re-invented a myspace page, but not in myspace. I can learn who your friends are, what music you like, and what you ate for breakfast yesterday, but as it happens, I didn't really care about those things (no offense intended, I'm sure your friends are actually better than my friends :) ...and I had kind of a boring breakfast yesterday). But it leaves me wondering what the purpose is and what would cause someone to visit again.

The first thing that struck me, by the way, was the phrase "nastase edition" and I couldn't figure out what that meant?

you can use more content - and the purpose of the site isn't very clear.

on a good note: the site is really clean, and easily navigated - nice layout.
