[RESOLVED] Set anchor after Postback Focus#Reply

I have an Email form, which is inside a panel half way down a page, not visible on first page load but visible after postback, via a control being clicked, I would like to focus the email form at the top of the page, inside the panel there is an anchor, though after the postback, the anchor reference i.e #reply gets lost, how can I make this persist?

Its a bit humu but it works.
