starting from scratch

i've been using CSS for about 3 months now...i've been making changes to the templates i download from websites...

i have a design in mind for a site that i want to make...what are some tips (or sites) for creating a site using CSS from scratch?

I found this website to be a tremendous help to me for learning CSS. You can download a CSS framework to use to build your sites off of, it's easy to get the hang of and if you just build a couple you'll be a master in no time. :)
