ok, so im getting a bit frustrated here cause i want my site to look good at different resolutions and it seems impossible. the only thing i came up with was for the site to open in a pop up so thats its always proportionate, but i dont like pop up sites. is there anyway to have that same effect, but on the original window?
thanks

Use liquid layout that adjusts to the browser window. Simple as that.

Instead of using say ... 800 pixels to size the page, and the user had a 1200 pixel width screen it would only fill 800 pixels of it.
Use percent instead. This way 100% will fill the screen 100%, regardless of the screen size.

i've tried that, but that just cuts off half of my flash toolbar when the resolution is less.

Why don't you post the address of the site so we can see the code.

what i've done for now is put it in a pop up window as i work on it, but i hope to find a better solution.
