This is probably an exceptionally simple problem, but for some or other reason, the answer just elludes me.

When putting together websites or pages, you hit the F12 button, or preview in IE6 and Boom... there is your site/page.

Now, I musta done something somewhere without realising it, but when I do that today, I get this http://fit%20for%20real/tips.html in the address bar, and a Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage instead of the usual C;\MyDocuments\fitforreal\tips.html aswell as getting to view the page/site.

What button did I accidentally push and how do I rectify it?

Its very annoying...

Did you accidentally set your local drive as a testing server? You might check....
I always ignore this option in order to view files locally.
Your site settings should indicate that you're working with local files directly "on the server."
