http://www.matts-website.net/alt/

Look at the page and if the border doesn't disappear in spots then scroll down and then back up. It works fine in IE 5 and Netscape 7 although Netscape 7 seems to like to take the top part off of the menu box when scrolling. Any ideas, or is this something that needs to be reported to Mozilla?

It works fine for me on Mozilla 1.4/WinXP Home.

I have Win2K Pro for the record. If it's just on my side then at least my browser that my text editor uses is IE, so I don't have to see it whenever I play around with it.

Two changes:
in .header UL make PADDING-TOP: 30px;
in .header CODE make POSITION: absolute;
