Why... i can't figure this out

I think i am going mad... i can't figure this out... my contact form on the following url (http://tinyurl.com/3yyzbt) has 3 fields and for some strange reason the text in the last (message) field is different from the other two fields even though the exact same styling is applied to it.

Can anyone figure this out... (u:admin p:mosaic1)

Any particular browser or OS combination that's having problems? Looks fine on Win XP Pro with FF.
