help w/ an Epostcard feature, please.

alright, so i gotta put an epostcard feature on this website i've been working on. the problem is not the epostcards, that i can do, the problem is that
they'd like for the user to be able to upload an image and be part of the ePostcard as well as type in their own text.

i've seen websites such as Heineken and Facebook doing something like that, but i'm not quite sure how it's done.

i'm limited on time, so i guess what i'm looking for is more of a software i can buy that'll do something like this, at this point is best i buy or download something already made and just modify, than to try to develop something like this.

please if you know of a software that does this or if you can help me w/ a quick and dirty way to do this...

commission someone to write you a perl script to inject the newest uploaded image file for the "current user" and imbed it into the php? or the html ..
