Visually, -quite striking. I like it.
Noted that you have a rather bloated META tag: META-data tags are over-rated, and for the greater part, ignored by most SEARCH engines (Google, etc.)
And, more than 50 or so words in any keywords="" is considered 'spamming' believe it or not, and, if you re-use any word 5 or more times in keywords="", it is considered 'black hat' cramming, and some Search engines will penalize a site ('send to end of list') for this, as it is an attempt to artificially raise a sites keyword density (assuming that META is even read at all, -it might be and not be used in any positive way, but could be used in a negative way for sneaky ways like spamming, cramming, etc)...
Having said that, -the site looks awesome. :D Well done!

I do not speak English that well try use simple terms.

he means that they're not used by the search engines, and if you overuse them, you can be penalized for it. don't repeat too many words, and keep your 'keywords' meta tag at 10-12 words.
as far as design - this is the first time I've ever disagreed with WebJoel :eek: . the design is creative, but i think it's overpowering. i don't know where to focus - there's too much going on.
the ads towards the top, i think, are in a terrible spot, and they're not separated from the site's content at all. they take all the attention from the top navigation - where the user's focus should normally be.
i realize that the site's content (navigation, main content, ads, etc) are grouped, but they're not easily separated by my eyes - I don't know know where to focus, and i think that making your groups of content more distinct may clear it up a little. by that i mean use framing to groups separate areas of the page (use borders, different background colors, etc.)
maybe i just don't really like the white text on black background. i don't know.
it is a creative and generally well done design though... good job with it
