CNET story (http://www.news.com/8301-10784_3-9909470-7.html?part=rss&subj=news&tag=2547-1_3-0-20)
Mozilla link (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html)
Mozilla has said the beta is safe for every day users and only user interface widgets/colors/etc. items are still being tested.

Sweet! Firefox just keeps getting better and better! I can't wait for the final release! :D

Well I say it's not safe for users. FF3B4 crashed on me more times than any other browser, IE included!

I've been using beta4 since it came out with no problems at all. 3 web devs I contract with have done the same.

I'll stay with FF2 until all you people with nothing better to do than be beta testers are done helping Mozilla find the bugs in the FF3 betas. Please test conscientiously and be sure to submit thorough and accurate problem reports for every problem you encounter, so that my future user experience will be a smooth one. :p

Like I said above, Mozilla has said this is the release version with only minor UI changes left to work on, and it's safe for every day users to download.

Finally... a great browser that does not eat up all of my computer's memory:)

Looking forward to using FF3:cool:
