scrolling without scrollbars

Hi. I am using a script to hide scrollbars, but I would still like my users to be able to scroll down....perhaps by hovering the mouse over an image.

Any help is greatly appreciated. :)

Um....I'm not that knowledgable of javascript to apply the information you gave me, but thanks anyway.

I specifically want users to be able to scroll up and down inside an iframe.

I'm a bit of a novice at javascript, I am able to add and alter most scripts into webpages but I have never used those values before. If you could post the entire script I would be extremely grateful. If not, no worries. :)
