very nice layout, but i don't get what the site is for - it's not really clear. is it for music or sound effects? how do users interact (if they do)? why would i register?
you also have a ton of html errors (http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.soundlantern.com%2FIndex.do%3Bjsessionid%3D3F0F5D776C04A02F5AB89E1DA0F85AA4). but you should add a valid doctype (http://www.alistapart.com/articles/doctype/) before you start fixing these errors.
