I need one help please.
I want xml code for yahoo stock quotes. where i can get it. i mean any URL for xml code for this.

The xml is given right in that link you've given us. You just have to parse it.

If you're looking specifically for an xml feed, I suggest trying Yahoo Answers.

This will give you 10 stocks per account.

Seriously, do you think they give the information away in a nice format for free? They are a commercial site, not a public service. I suggest looking for stock quote feeds directly from the source.
