It's lvlechish (Mechish). It's kind of a language very similar to English. For example, if I wanted to say, "you suck," I'd say this in lvlechish:

yuo is teh suk

Basically it's just typos, and pwn is a typo for "own." But the terminology is a bit different. Kind of like saying, "you got told." (Anyone here of that one? ;)) So...
