PHP Bulitin Board problem Can you help me

i was wondering if anybody knows how to the style of a forum in phpBB2phpBB2 (http://www.phpbb.com)as im having trouble doing so i have a style that i like but i cant change the defult style of my server i know how to do it wile i upload it but i want to do it every couple of mounths
