How to Change URL Variable on change of Option PHP

I am working on php Pagination..And also the sorting on price...If lowest is selcted then passing L to the url so that all should be sorted accordingly....

My problem is ...If I change the lowest to highest it is not changing......What can I do fo this??Plz Plz...:) Some one help........I am cracking my brain from morning.....
