Editing Text Boxes in a PDF

I am looking for a way to create and edit a text box in a PDF to query another text box and have the results post into another printable PDF form. I do not know much about javascript, just wondered if anyone out there knows of a way to do it. The action would be similary to an Access Query, where the data is populated into a form that's printable, however we want the data in a PDf format.
