Good cheap MYSQL/PHP web host?

I've been working on a site for awhile and I think it is finally going to be ready for beta soon so I want to get it up and running and prepare it.

I want something that is actually up most of the time. My current ASP host kind of sucks to be honest.

I'd also prefer something that will host my domains as well so I can have it all in one place nice and neat.

There are a few things I don't quite understand, like for instance to have PHP send to email you need to have something set up correctly on your server, I'd assume pretty much all PHP web hosts support this?

Anyway, anyone have any suggestions?

I always recommend liquid web (http://liquidweb.com) because I've been so happy there (I've had some horrendous issues with some other hosts, especially larger ones). They got 100% uptime SLA guarantee, 24/7 immediate tech support (by actual techs, not someone whose job is just to answer the phones), and go out of their way to help with everything (including 3rd party programs, your own applications, etc). It might cost a few bucks more, but it's money well spent imo.

Well I guess I should add that these are really just a sort of personal sites that I'm running on the side and I'm super poor so I'd prefer something as cheap as possible without actually sucking.

Thats who i use. They are cheap and good... i think 4 dollars a month for personal one.

That may be true, but Startlogic is good for a personal page, and the business page that i made... Works fast and all...

The only problem i have, is during the day, when customer service is busy, it takes hours to get a hold of them with chat. Though, they have always solved my problems, so its all good :D
