Text under inner table problem.

I have been trying to type text, "under" the inner table here..

I know I'm missing something. Could someone help please?

Wow that's ugly code but you'll have to be a lot more explicit about exactly where the text needs to be.

Hi Ray.
Obviously this is a test page which I'm toying with.
I need to have the title in the box as it is. (inner frame block)
Then I'd like to be able to put text under that inner frame, but inside the outer frame.
I've tried tons of ways, but the text always either shows up inside the inner frame, or the gold fill becomes huge - again inside the inner frame and the text shows up over that.
