Menu Question

Hello,

Does anybody know where I can get my hands on a navigation side menu. I'm looking for one of those menus that when you mouse over a link, a popup box will appear will a sub-category of links. I would like to have a menu that can go as many layers down as possible, and that is easy to update and maintain. Also, if colors of the menu could be changed, that would be great.
