Hi, not sure if this is css or javascript or a combo of both, but how do you let users move your content within a webpage such as on www.bbc.co.uk???

Yep, JavaScript and absolute positioning. It's actually a little complicated, but I think there are a few libraries that help. Learn JavaScript first anyway.

It's important to have a good knowledge of HTML and CSS before attempting to lean Javascript, because all Javascript really does is manipulates the elements, their attributes and styles inside the HTML document.
