Submit to Email

Hi, new to web development and struggling to get my form to submit to email, in fact it does nothing at all, can anyone help guide me in the right direction?

I'm using Dreamweaver 8 and have inserted my form which has;

1. Your name
2. Phone Number
3. Email Address
4. Comments

I have then created a submit button, but am unsure how to link the two together, do I require a Javascript behaviour? Or is this easy to get the info into an email and sent to example@example.co.uk

Any help would be much appreicated. This is my 1st post so I hope I am okay asking this question.

I have attached a sample of the form, and they are 3 files must be at one folder
One is HTML and other 2 are PHP
What u need to do is to set up ur email in (contact.php)
Then It should work
