Hit counter for completed online form

Does anyone know where I can find a hit counter that can be customised to track visitors only when they have completed an online form. Please let me know.

I don't know of any code but if you make them log in then it's pretty easy. If not then it's essentially impossible.

Thank you Ray for your responce. I was under the same impression about the login being the way to track it. I was just curious to see if it was possible any other way.

Not in any robust way. The only other thing I can think of would be tracking cookies but that's quite flaky.
