Please I need help. 1st, I need to know how to make it where I am able to compile. I know I need to change the class path but I do not know how...I am very new to this.
Also, I have to write a program that will tell whether or not a year is a leap year. Propt the user to continue entering years until they type -99. I think I can do most of it but how would I 1st determine if it is a leap year and then if it is or not how would I do the looping structure. I know I have to use the MOD function(%) but I do not know how.
Any and all help will be appreciated
