Great look! Very straight forward and easy to use.

I'm not a very experienced at this, so I can only point out the stuff obviously not supposed to be there. When entering text in the fields for the business name and address you get some errors if you enter the particular characters. Below are some characters and errors associated with them:
' - It prints \\\' instead
\ - It prints \\\\ instead
+ - It prints a space instead
" - The text disappears
# - The text disappears
% - The text disappears, however it writes a space if you type %20
& - The text disappears from the point at which the character was written

There is also a typo on your 'About Us' page where it says:
I take great pride in personally checking each oder before it leaves the shop.

Again, great website.

Cool site. I like the colors, and I dig the smooth Javascript. A few suggestions:

The buttons for steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 would feel a little more responsive if you used the pointer cursor when hovering over them. Easy to change in CSS.
The logo's a little yawn-worthy and not memorable. I know, they can be tough. What if you took that envelope from the top-right and worked it into the logo instead? Then you could evenly space the four menu buttons across the top. A more unique font would probably make a big difference.
Whenever I evaluate a website I first ask whether I can answer three questions immediately, at a glance: 1) What is it? 2) How do I use it? 3) Why do I care? The first two questions are easy to answer here, but what about the third - what makes your site something I'd choose over my other options? I think you need to focus on making the site sell itself to the user - in three seconds or less if possible. How about listing your competitors' prices in your price list, and linking to it with a big button that says "lowest prices on the Web" or something like that? Clicky's comparison chart (http://getclicky.com/#theotherguys) comes to mind here.
Here's an easy upgrade: Get rid of the first sentence, "Welcome to Envelopes247.com!" in your subhead. It's redundant, and it obscures your biggest selling point - "Customized Envelopes in 3 Easy Steps!" Just lead with that and people are more likely to get what the site's all about.

Because I was reviewing the site, I took a minute to look at it and figure out why I might use it. Someone who stumbles across your site via Google probably won't give it that much time. The good thing, though, is that the site itself doesn't need a ton of work, just some tweaks to help the user quickly understand why it's so great.
