I've got a customer I'm converting over to host at a subdomain of mine. She's used iWeb to build her site and publish it out at mac.com, and the plan is to let her continue to edit her own site, but just move the hosting over to me.

Unfortunately I haven't used iWeb, but I need to tell her what her ftp location will be, and an account/password to use on my domain.

Could someone describe to me how this is done in iWeb? Ie, something I can pass on to her that will point her to the right place to enter the ftp info?

Thanks much,
Dave

I've had a number of similar experiences, requests for help, etc. For my clients I now have a (growing) library of tutorials on how to update, maintain, etc. their web sites. Most of my tuts were created with Windows Media Encoder doing screen capture of the steps to log in, up-load, understand web stats…etc. The clients really appreciate just logging into my site, checking over the tut library, and getting their answers without having to wait for me to respond.
So anyway, you may want to file away anything you learn from this in a short tutorial for the next time a client come up with the same question.
