Spreadsheet Component/Control

Hey Im looking for a Quality Web control to operate like an Excel spreadsheet, have looked at the ComponentArt versions which operate like a gridview though these components have been frustrating to work with when Ive worked with them previously (http://www.componentart.com/webui/demos/demos_control-specific/grid/features/editing_dataCallbackMode/WebForm1.aspx#) and still don't do anything better than a gridview, though I want to be able to not have to click edit to edit a cell, this form will be used to process many records so true spreadsheet functionality is ideal,
I know I could build one with input boxes setting tab order, and maybe get fancy with some javascript for arrow key movement, though would prefer not have to do this,

It's old, but maybe something like this (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/cc301548.aspx) might do what you're looking for? Maybe do a search for "in place editor"
