I need help badly.

I have comcast internet and my outlook will not send and tech support is no help. If I had just one of my computer with professional outlook 2003 messing up I say it is my computer but I had two computer with outlook installed separately and each with different email address both comcast and my domain name all stop sending at once. I get the error that server can be found but will not verify username and password on the comcast.net emails and my domain email says error unknown.

I can send and receive using online email for both types of emails.

Comcast says the problem on my end however I find it weird two computer go out at the same time. (exactly the same time) The tech told me simple did not understand how computers work!

I think it is comcast has a problem but at this point I figured it is worth asking if anyone has any idea what would make outlook go out all at once on the send only.

Thank you in advance for any input
Kimberly

I suggest you check to see if "Send and Receive" is set to manually initialize or does so automatically.

I think you need to check with comcat. There seems to be a problem in the settings and that is the reason the server is not able to verify the user account and password.

If your getting that type of error then it is very likely that you made a typo when putting it in.

The alternative is their server is rejecting you because they have neglected to set your user account up in the mail server.

You should have a user CP for your account, all ISP's have one, if they dont they will have sent you several emails about the various aspects of your account and you should read them!
