Frame Removing.

I know frames are a horrible thing to use, but I am working on a web gallery that someone created using Photoshop CS3 and all it uses is frames. And now I have that all linked up, but when I try and make a link to go back to the main page, the bottom frame is still there. So I am wondering how to remove both frames and make it one window again?
