The Acceptable Use Policy (http://www.jupitermedia.com/corporate/privacy/aup.html) (AUP) is hidden near the bottom of the page.
I'll have to leave it to an Admin to explain your sig problem.

You may have had your signature disabled if you had inappropriate stuff in it...

Apparently someone (Admin.??) must have removed these, and blocked reinstatement. You could ask an Admin. and provide sig links that are more suitable for this forum and this might be reversed for you. :)
We/they are rather lenient but some guidelines should be adhered to.
