The first thing that stands out is the logo. It looks like it doesn't really fit with the design. I would suggest trying to make a new logo to fit the design, and trying to make it work with the color scheme as well (purple on green doesn't work so well). The links at the top also change to a purple, which is a very difficult to read. Check up on website color schemes when/if you re-do the site's design.
